Matchwinner is a sports prediction platform where users predict the scores of football matches, earn points for correct predictions, and compete in rankings with friends, family, colleagues, or the wider community.

No Official Affiliation

Matchwinner is not an official partner of, nor does it claim any association with, the organizers of football tournaments, international sports organizations, national federations, or professional clubs and their related trademarks. Matchwinner is an independent platform. All match data is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Not a Gambling Platform

Matchwinner is a free-to-play prediction game and is not a gambling or betting platform. No real money is wagered, and no monetary prizes are awarded through the standard platform. Competition on Matchwinner is purely for enjoyment and sporting honor. Any prizes or incentives offered by individual subleague organizers are entirely outside the responsibility of Matchwinner.

Account Registration

By registering, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Only one account per email address is permitted. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted. Matchwinner reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account for violations of these terms, provision of false information, or breaches of applicable law. Inactive accounts (unused for more than 24 months) may be removed along with all associated data.

Games and Subleagues

Users can participate in the main leaderboard or join private subleagues created by other users. Each user has one set of predictions per competition, which applies equally across all subleagues they join. Game rules are published on the platform. Matchwinner reserves the right to modify or discontinue any game, feature, or subleague at any time.

Business Use

The Matchwinner platform is intended for personal use. Unauthorized commercial or business use is not permitted. Matchwinner offers a dedicated product for organizations wishing to run competitions for their employees. Separate terms and conditions apply to that product.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the content, design, and software of the Matchwinner platform belong to Matchwinner or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the platform commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Matchwinner is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform or its underlying systems. The platform is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Changes to These Terms

Matchwinner reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform or communicated by email. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
